After a twenty-year experience in the communications function of large international firms, my taste for France’s heritage has led me to change priorities, and to look at valuable investments for my family. Invest H was created out of my passion for ancient buildings, and the need to make such properties more visible, both in France and internationally. For the past five years, I have been looking at historic buildings everywhere in France, most of them scheduled as "Monument Historique." I have been visiting places, scrutinizing and evaluating dozens of programs, and selecting those that meet the most demanding criteria, in terms of location, architectural quality, and historic value.
France is supremely fortunate in its fantastic heritage! The Malraux laws have encouraged to a great extent the preservation of ancient buildings throughout France, but there is still a lot to be accomplished. I hope to be able to share with you my enthusiasm for France’s heritage and to help you build yours, based on the treasures of our past.
