Invest H stems from strong family roots, mainly around the figure of Félix Thiollier.
Félix Thiollier had a passion for his regional heritage (Lyon, Saint-Etienne and le Forez).  Living  at the end of the 19th century, he became a patron for pre-impressionist painters such as François-Auguste Ravier, as well as a pioneer in establishing a catalogue of local historical riches, mainly through his photographs and paintings. He also rescued the regional heritage, starting with “la Bâtie d’Urfé”, a 16th century castle built in the middle of the Forez plain. Partly dismantled by antique dealers and threatened with demolition la Bâtie was ultimately preserved and scheduled as an “ancient building” in 1912.

At Invest H, we share essential values with our clients: an ethical, rigorous, personalised approach, a real human touch, and a passion for France’s heritage.  Our approach is based on:

Expert advice: historic investments represent a tiny market segment; therefore it is easy to keep up with new investment opportunities and changes in legislation.

Total transparency: other investment opportunities often add financial arrangements that can insidiously add up to the investment’s cost. Financial engineering costs do not exist in the case of historical property investments.

No premium: contractors trust Invest H to promote their buildings. The cost of our services is already built in the final price of the apartment. Our consultancy does not involve any invoicing on our part.

Ethics: Invest H does not pretend to offer every professional competency: we are neither legal experts, nor auditors, but we will direct you to specialists as the need arises
